General conditions of sale

The general conditions of sale have been created by Plages etc, company with an individual manager created in 2018.

Registered to the Guild of Arts and crafts, N° siret 438.041.741.00036, which head office is located 47 rue de la colonne, 22380 Saint Cast le Guildo.

Those conditions of sale are for all the creations of the workshop and those online on the actual website.

Droits d’auteur et protection des modèles.

Plages etc is a registered trademark at Patent Office (INPI) each design is filed. Reproduction or copying are strictly forbidden.

Any use for the purposes of promotion, copy and reproduction inspired from Plages etc will be legally persued.

Nominative information 

In accordance with the data protection act from January 6th 1978, you have access and rectification rights to your personal data.
 

Custom product

Any customised design will be subjected of a cost estimate.
No refunds or exchanges will be permitted for customised designs accepted with a cost estimate.

Payment

You can purchase your order by credit card.
 

Price

Products are charged in effect the day of the order.
Prices are shown in Euros all tax included, exempt from VAT art293B from the French Tax Regulation.

Shipping

Orders are sent via Colissimo with LA POSTE with a tracking number.
Shipping costs include preparation, wrapping, and travel expenses and vary depending on the total weight of the package.
The size of the package are adapted and your items are correctly secured.
 

Right of withdrawal

The customer has a period of withdrawal of 7 days when receiving the product (with the postmark from the post office) to use his right of withdrawal. The customer has 7 days to return the item, over this period, it will not be possible to return or exchange items.
 

Litigation

In case of a litigation, the commercial court of St Malo is competent for any place of delivery or payment method.
